Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
You must be 18+ to attend.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking is normally free, subject to availablity, but do confirm this with ourselves or the hotel direct.
Holiday Inn – Kingston – Both Esher and Surbiton railway stations have regular services from London Waterloo. Taxi's are available and both stations are approx. 15 minute walk from the venue. What can/can't I bring to the event?
It is advisable to bring a laptop/iPad/tablet with wireless WiFi connectivity so that you can edit & view your new website. You'll be provided with further content that you may need to access online or via a USB stick.
Camera's, video's and recording devices are prohibited.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes however you must to write to inform us no later than 14 days prior to your event that you wish to put your ticket/s on hold for another course. Your new ticket has a shelf life of 180 days from the first date of your initially booked course, thereafter it becomes nul & void and refunds do not apply.
Your will be given priority for the next available course.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes.
What is the refund policy?
Upon booking the following sliding scale is enforced.
You must inform us in writing and receive a written confirmation of your cancelation.
100% refund available from booking date to 90 days prior to the event
80% refund available up to 70 days prior to the event
50% refund available up to 30 days prior to the event
25% refund available up to 14 days prior to the event
Refunds are not available within 13 days of the event
Why do you have a sliding scale of refunds
The course has a limited amount of spaces and when you make a booking you prevent someone else attending the course, hence the sliding scale.
How do I cancel before the event?
You must write to us confirming you do not wish to attend and recieve confirmation of our acceptance of your cancelation
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
No you must provide us written confirmation of any name changes with 10 working days of the event. We retain the right to refuse any attendee.
Course changes
We do our very best to retain all published dates, venues and content etc. however due to any unforseen circumstances we retain the right to change the event venue, dates, timings, presenters and course content.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any person from the course at our discretion.
